Description
Of the seven achievement standards offered, three are internally assessed and four are externally assessed. This course aims to introduce students to senior chemistry and provide the foundation necessary for continued studies in a subject crucial to many careers.
The four externally assessed standards include: Atomic Structure & Bonding, Organic Chemistry, Thermochemistry & Equilibrium and REDOX Chemistry.
The three internally assessed standards include: Precipitation, Volumetric Analysis and Quantitative Chemistry

Pre-Requisites 12 credits from 11SC1, 5 of which are for AS90189 (AS 1.4)
