At Hamilton's Fraser High School we affirm the right of every student to learn to the best of their ability and potential in an environment that is positive, safe, friendly, caring and supportive of young people.

We set very clear parameters of what is acceptable behaviour in our school and students are held accountable for their actions. All students know what the outcomes will be should they choose to act in a manner that is not acceptable.

The cornerstone of our school culture is our belief that Fraser students own their school and that collectively they set the tone of the school.

At Hamilton's Fraser High School all students wear our uniform. This is a clear statement of our pride in our school and in the collective achievement and recognition of all students. In wearing our uniform our students are saying, "We belong to Fraser." In turn the school is saying, "You belong to us, and we will care for you."
