At Hamilton's Fraser High School we interpret this to mean:

"Every staff member at Hamilton's Fraser High School will be committed to providing our students with quality learning and teaching. Everybody will contribute to our students' development as a citizen that believes and lives values and has developed characteristics that will enable them to be happy, to be fulfilled, and to enrich the lives of others."

What is just as powerful as the school's vision statement is the alignment of the senior student leaders' vision statement:

"Through perseverance and integrity we will strive to promote and practice respect towards each other, our school and the community. This will help us encourage and achieve unity and create an environment of trust and equity".

One of our first priorities to actualize our vision is to ensure that we provide a safe environment, emotionally and physically, for our students and staff to learn and teach in.
